Sylvia also serves as an Executive Coach on IMD's world-renowned High Performance Leadership program and as a Senior Facilitator for the Kohlrieser Leadership Institute, both led by Professor George Kohlrieser, one of the world’s premier thought leaders on high performing leadership for the past 40 years.
She is a graduate from Cambridge University and held a number of senior positions across Banking and Consulting before setting up her own Coaching business in 2018.
